All guests must be at least 25 years old to book a property unless otherwise specified in the individual property listing.
A valid government-issued ID and a verified payment method are required to secure a booking.
Guests must agree to comply with all house rules outlined in the property listing and this policy.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date. For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Payment methods accepted: credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options as specified on our website.

Flexible: Full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
Refuds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

A refundable security deposit may be required for certain properties. The amount will be specified in the property listing.
Security deposits will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Self-check-in details will be provided prior to arrival.

No smoking inside the property.
No parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.
Pets are allowed only in properties that specify they are pet-friendly. Additional pet fees may apply.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and orderly condition.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors. This Can vary accordingly to the local regulations

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit, which will be specified in the listing. Exceeding the limit without prior approval may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.

A cleaning fee will be included in the total booking amount. This fee covers standard cleaning after check-out.
Excessive cleaning required due to guest negligence may result in additional charges.

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
Any damage must be reported immediately. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.

Livin VH is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises.
Livin VH is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.

Guests must comply with all local laws and ordinances, including noise restrictions and occupancy limits.
Guests must respect homeowner association (HOA) rules where applicable.

In accordance with local regulations, a Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) will be applied to all bookings of 30 consecutive days or fewer.
The TOT rate varies by city or county and will be calculated based on the nightly rate of the booking.
Livin VH will collect the TOT from guests as part of the booking process and remit it to the appropriate local tax authority.
Guests are responsible for any additional local taxes or fees that may apply, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

For security purposes, some properties may be equipped with external security cameras. These will be clearly disclosed in the listing.
No internal cameras are permitted inside any property.

Guests must notify Livin VH immediately if they encounter any maintenance issues.
Guests must dispose of trash properly and follow any recycling guidelines provided in the property.

It is recommended that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, interruptions, or emergencies.
